Responsibilities include:Lead program execution, including schedules, priorities, and customer deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional activities across teamsTranslate customer forecasts into actionable production plans and schedulesCoordinate production activities, material flow, and logistics to ensure on-time deliveryMonitor work-in-process, throughput, and outsourced component availabilityProactively addressing supply risksDrive adherence to production processes, documentation, and change management practicesOther duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, program management, or a related roleExperience working in cross-functional environments supporting product development and productionIf you are interested in learning more, please apply to this posting.
