A company is looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage the internal patent docketing system, ensuring accurate lifecycle management of patent assets Establish communication procedures with outside patent law firms and serve as the primary point of contact for record keeping Track critical deadlines and generate reports regarding portfolio status and metrics for internal stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience as an Intellectual Property Paralegal, particularly in utility and design patent prosecution Understanding of USPTO patent practice Hands-on experience with an IP docketing or portfolio management system Experience coordinating with outside counsel and cross-functional internal stakeholders
