As an RBT, you'll provide direct ABA services to children with special needs, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and Program Manager. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settingsImplement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programsCollect and record data using electronic systems to monitor progressMaintain accurate session notes and uphold confidentiality standardsCollaborate with BCBAs, Program Managers, and other clinical staffAssist in preparing therapy materials and session activitiesParticipate in ongoing supervision and continuing education to maintain RBT certification Qualifications Active RBT certification through the BACBHigh school diploma or GED; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferredReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insuranceCPR certification and TB testExperience working with children with autism or developmental delaysBilingual in Spanish is a plus Benefits Overview .
