We are looking for an educator who models these values by creating inclusive learning environments, holding high expectations for every student, and fostering a strong sense of belonging.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned to grade-level standards and student needsProvide specially designed instruction in inclusive settings, including co-teaching, small group, and resource supportCollaborate with general education teachers to ensure all students have access to rigorous, high-quality instructionUse data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction to maximize growthCreate a structured, supportive classroom environment where students feel valued and empoweredPromote student independence, self-advocacy, and respect for diversityCommunicate consistently with families and team members to support student successActively engage in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) focused on continuous improvementThis position is for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary based on board approved salary schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.
