Heartbeat Studio is dedicated to fostering a supportive community while delivering top-tier instruction for all fitness levels.Role DescriptionWe are seeking Part-Time on-site Pilates Instructor to join our team. The Pilates Instructor will lead group sessions and private lessons, tailoring classes to meet the needs and goals of clients. Daily tasks include instructing safe and effective Pilates routines, providing modifications as needed, and maintaining a positive and motivating class environment. You will also engage clients through exceptional customer service and help them advance their physical wellness journey.QualificationsProficiency in Pilates Instruction and ability to lead both Reformer and Mat classesExperience in Group Exercise and Teaching for a variety of fitness levelsStrong Customer Service skills and the ability to build relationships with clientsCertification in Pilates instruction highly desired; additional fitness certifications are a plusPassion for promoting health, wellness, and a supportive fitness environmentExperience in a boutique studio setting is preferred but not required
