Overview Direct W2 & Corp-to-Corp Contracts | Hiring for US & Canadian Markets | Exclusive BFSI Opportunities with Top Industry Leaders Job: 401k Data Conversion Consultant Location: Merrimack NH, Covington KY or Westlake TX; 2 weeks onsite in a month Must Have 401k experience, experience with data scrubbing / auditing. This is not a technical role; it is a very functional position. Candidate will be taking prior record keeping data, receiving requests and reviewing data sets, performing data auditing / scrubbing, conducting full data set review and pushing it downstream to the next team. Background & Focus Backgrounds hired in the past include HR Payroll, HR Generalists, Sales & Technology Sales, Actuaries, Pension Admins. The most important factor is 401K experience, not job titles. Experience & Skills Experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations. General understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes, and demonstrated ability in duties described above. A detailed understanding of Fidelity and its products and services is preferred.
