Receptionist

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, employment law, and HRIS systems. The Recruiter will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline, managing candidate relationships, and supporting organizational growth through effective recruiting strategies. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates using platforms such as social media management tools, ATS systems like iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft. Conduct sourcing activities including HR sourcing, campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting to identify potential candidates. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and extending employment contracts. Utilize tools such as Lever, Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, and Paychex to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate data. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on talent management and succession planning. Lead candidate engagement efforts through cold calling, relationship management, research, and lead generation activities. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations throughout the hiring process. Facilitate employee orientation sessions and assist with employee evaluation processes to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. Support training & development initiatives related to recruiting best practices and HR policies. Skills Proven expertise in negotiation, talent acquisition, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, internal recruiting, and HR sourcing. Strong knowledge of ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft; HRIS systems including UltiPro; payroll systems like ADP and Paychex; time management tools such as Kronos; and social media management for recruitment campaigns. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels. Familiarity with employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices. Experience in research techniques for talent sourcing and lead generation activities. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of training & development principles related to HR functions. Strong relationship management skills to foster ongoing engagement with candidates and hiring managers alike.
