Caregiver - Full Time (Double Weekend)

Vitality Senior Living - 11409 North Central Expressway - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living and simple treatments as indicated in service plans; Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid; Attend onboarding and in-service trainings and team meetings; Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of resident needs and preferences; Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
