Renovation Contractor

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovation Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, including flooring installation, framing carpentry, and finish carpentry. This role requires hands-on experience with power tools and hand tools, as well as the ability to restore and enhance residential and commercial spaces. The Renovation Contractor will be responsible for executing renovation projects from start to finish while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Execute renovation projects, including restoring existing historic structures and installing new features. Perform flooring installation using various materials and techniques. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for tasks such as framing, caulking, and finishing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all renovation activities. Skills Proficient in restoring various types of surfaces and structures. Strong experience in flooring installation techniques. Skilled in operating power tools safely and efficiently. Lead safe painting and abatement Competence in using hand tools for carpentry tasks. Expertise in frame carpentry, including building walls, roofs, and other structural elements. Familiarity with caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing of joints and gaps.
