Finance&Accounting Manager\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global battery company that is currently looking for\na finance & accounting manager\n\nRecruitment Section: Finance & Accounting\nPosition: Manager Job \nTitle: Team Leader\n\nDetailed Responsibilities\n * Leadership and strategic financial direction\n * Financial closing, budgeting, and forecasting\n * Oversight of accounting operations and internal controls\n * ERP-based cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial analysis\n * Compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial reporting standards\n (GAAP, IFRS)\n\nQualifications and Preferences\n * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business\n Administration, or related field\n * Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance or accounting (including at least 5\n years in a managerial or supervisory role)\n * Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP\n systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) In-depth knowledge of financial statements, cost\n accounting for manufacturing, tax compliance, and audit preparation\n * Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability\n to work under deadlines\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n * Experience in manufacturing accounting (costing, BOM, variance analysis)\n * Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards\n * Understanding of international accounting practices and cross-border\n reporting\n * Familiarity with Korean business culture and ability to communicate in Korean\n preferred
