Deli Associate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Maintain customer service standards by attending and selling to customer needs Daily production & display of prepared foods & sandwich program. Responsible for various meat, cheese, vegetable & fruit prep. Executes packaging/labeling, and presentation of menu items produced within the deli. Follows weekly cleaning schedule. Maintains displays; prepping and filling as needed on a day to day basis Ensures equipment is maintained according to proper health and sanitation standards. REQUIREMENTS: Must have prior experience using commercial kitchen equipment. Must have basic knife skills. Capable of working in conditions that consistently require lifting 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions. Effective time management skills Ability to perform steady and productive work for an extended period of time.
