We're building a world-class team to transform the consumer health industry.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Growth Intern to join our marketing team and help us grow Pacagen across organic social and paid creative.This is not a "watch from the sidelines" internship. You'll have real ownership over content and creative from day one: managing organic channels, contributing to paid ad creative, and helping build systems that scale. You'll work directly with a fast-moving team on live campaigns across multiple brands and be expected to bring your own ideas, taste, and hustle to the table.The right person has a genuine eye for what works, cares deeply about performance, and is excited to learn what it actually takes to grow a consumer brand.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day organic social (TikTok + Instagram) — posting cadence, trend research, captions, and community engagementContribute to Meta ad creative: statics, videos, and carousels, from concept through to finished assetBuild and maintain a hooks and video format library, tracking what's performing across paid and organicSupport UGC and influencer outreach — sourcing creators, building lists, managing first-touch communicationBring fresh campaign angles and creative references to weekly brainstormsStay deeply attuned to trends in social, DTC, and performance creative, and bring what you're seeing to the teamQualificationsStrong eye for design and content, you can tell when something is off before anyone says itExperience creating content, running an account, or working on creative assets (portfolio or examples a strong plus)Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Meta ads as a creator or observer, not just a consumerBasic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)Clear communicator who can take feedback and move fastHighly detail-oriented with strong taste and a low tolerance for mediocre workVideo editing experience is a mustHas used AI models (Sora, Veo, Gemini, Claude, etc.) as part of a real creative or production workflow, not just experimented onceBonus if you've built or grown your own content (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Who You AreYou think about why something performs, not just whether it looks goodYou're obsessed with what's working on social right now and you have a point of view on itYou take initiative, you notice what needs to be done and do it without being askedYou're a fast learner who wants to understand the full picture, not just your slice of itYou're genuinely excited by the idea of growing a brand people love from the ground upWhy Work With Us?We're building a new kind of consumer health company, combining real science with best-in-class creative and storytelling.
