Job SummaryThis job is for an advanced level performing Senior Training Specialist job duties who can developQualificationsCollege Graduate with 2-4 years of experience as a trainerExcellent oral and written communication skills.Sound decision making and organizational skillsAbility to present complex information to a variety of audiencesProficiency in MS office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); saving training docs in PDFProven ability to master the full training cycle and possesses hands-on deployment of training modules and gets it reviewed and incorporated the comments from SMEs.A serves as a subject-matter expert in the identification, design and development of course curriculum and lessons of applications developed within Amazon Connect and Salesforce technologies to be able to train the end usersFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniquesPresents well, professional manner and conducts customer needs assessments to prepare for the development and delivery of new training or to refresh existing training curriculum.Ability to instruct and train all levels of customer (e.g., call center agents, trainees / apprentices, journey-level, supervisors and managers) in application solution.Ability to provide expertise in best-in-class learning strategies, methods, processes and curriculum for developing call center agents and managers Must possess practical hands-on demonstration proficiencies. Candidate stays abreast of best practices in training to continuously develop methods for renewing/refreshing curriculum. Ability to interact with agents, team members, supervisors, managers and trainees within the project Ensures effective administration of training processes and policies.This is a remote position.
