Clinical Nurse Educator

Daily responsibilities include assessing learning needs through gap analyses; designing and delivering orientation and continuing education programs; facilitating simulation, skills labs, and just-in-time teaching; coaching bedside nurses and preceptors to strengthen clinical judgment and documentation; rounding on units to reinforce patient safety, infection prevention, and high-reliability practices; developing policies, clinical guidelines, and job aids; coordinating and instructing BLS/ACLS/PALS and other certifications; onboarding new hires and travelers with EHR, equipment, and device training; tracking outcomes with audits, competencies, and KPIs to support Joint Commission/CMS compliance; collaborating with nursing leadership, quality, and interdisciplinary teams on clinical pathways, sepsis/falls/pressure injury initiatives, and Magnet/Pathway goals; and serving as a subject-matter expert for high-risk, low-frequency procedures while advancing a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.What's Needed To SucceedDegree from an accredited Nursing programLicensed as a Registered Nurse RN in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtainProven experience in a Clinical Educator or Preceptor roleThis northern New Hampshire region offers a welcoming, small-town lifestyle with four-season outdoor recreation, scenic byways, and vibrant community events.
