Strong leadership across these areas is essential to delivering consistently high outcomes for our clients.Position SummaryEntrega is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery relationship across client engagements. This role is responsible for ensuring that client commitments are delivered successfully and consistently across projects and services.The Service Delivery Manager acts as the primary delivery partner to the client, ensuring delivery outcomes align with expectations while maintaining strong alignment with internal delivery teams.This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing delivery relationships, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring complex engagements remain on track.ResponsibilitiesThis description reflects the primary accountabilities of the role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Role scope may evolve in alignment with business needs.Client Delivery LeadershipServe as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholdersEnsure delivery commitments are clearly understood and managed across engagementsMaintain strong communication with client stakeholders regarding delivery progress and expectationsEnsure delivery outcomes meet agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectationsBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders through consistent delivery performanceDelivery Oversight & Engagement LeadershipMaintain visibility into delivery health across projects and engagementsPartner with Project Managers to ensure projects remain aligned with delivery commitmentsEnsure risks and issues are identified early and addressed appropriatelyGuide delivery teams in resolving challenges that could impact delivery outcomesEnsure delivery work remains aligned with client expectations and engagement objectivesDelivery Escalation & Risk ManagementIdentify potential delivery challenges earlyCoordinate resolution of delivery issues across internal teamsCommunicate delivery risks and mitigation strategies to leadership when neededSupport structured resolution of client concerns related to delivery performanceInternal Delivery AlignmentCoordinate with delivery leadership and operational teams to ensure delivery capacity aligns with commitmentsEnsure delivery teams understand client expectations and prioritiesMaintain strong collaboration across delivery leadership, project teams, and operational partnersSupport structured planning and prioritization of delivery workQualificationsThe following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.8–12+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or technology services delivery environments3–5+ years in a delivery leadership role such as Service Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Delivery ManagerDemonstrated experience managing complex client engagements and delivery relationshipsExperience overseeing delivery across multiple projects or programs simultaneouslyStrong understanding of professional services delivery models, including project-based delivery and managed services environmentsDemonstrated experience managing delivery risks, stakeholder expectations, and engagement challengesExperience working closely with project managers and delivery teams to ensure execution successExperience supporting enterprise clients with complex stakeholder structures preferredStrong communication and relationship management skills with client stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field requiredPMP or similar delivery management certification preferred but not requiredPerformance ProfileThis is a high-impact execution role within a performance-driven professional services organization.
