Agile Transformation Lead/Senior Agile CoachRole: Agile Transformation Lead/Senior Agile CoachExperience: 12+ years, with 3-5 years each as an Agile Coach and Scrum MasterLocation: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid schedule)Responsibilities: Leading Agile adoption, transformation, and enablement; team coaching; facilitating Agile events; implementing Agile scaling frameworks; conducting Agile training; leading solution team for RFPs; co-facilitating tech excellence related to DevOps; mentoring on Agile metrics; creating business cases; using ALM tools.Certifications: Must be certified in at least one Agile scaling framework, Agile Coaching, and Scrum or Kanban.Experience: Should have been part of or led Agile/Transformation Office, Agile CoEs, and/or CoPs; extensive experience in SDLC, IT project/program/delivery management; extensive usage of Agile metrics; strong hands-on usage of ALM tools.Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with leadership; ability to demonstrate thought leadership; exhibits lean-agile leadership; demonstrates retrospection, inspection and adaptation behavior; demonstrates Project to Product mindset.
