Sales Support Specialist (Atlanta, GA – Primarily Remote)Position Overviewivision is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to our Account Executives and Sales/Partner Operations teams.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep sales teams running efficiently, and is comfortable in a primarily remote role with occasional in-office collaboration.Location & ScheduleLocation: Atlanta, GA (required)Work Type: Primarily remote, with periodic in-office attendance required for team collaboration, meetings, and business needsSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (salaried)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to Account Executives and Sales/Partner Operations teamsAssist with quote creation, order processing, and tracking sales activitiesMaintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal toolsCoordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, and partners such as Microsoft and Cisco) to ensure smooth deal executionSupport vendor and partner communication, including documentation and follow-upsPrepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline updatesHelp manage contracts, renewals, and documentationSchedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with internal and external communicationsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reportsAssist with special projects and process improvements within the sales organizationQualifications1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or a related roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with CRM systems preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approachPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting sales teams in a technology, IT services, or consulting environmentFamiliarity with partner/vendor ecosystems, especially Microsoft and CiscoBasic understanding of sales processes and deal lifecycleWhat Success Looks LikeSales teams are supported efficiently with minimal frictionAccurate and timely processing of quotes, orders, and documentationStrong internal collaboration across sales, operations, and partnersContinuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows
