Financial Consolidation Systems & Reporting Analyst The Financial Consolidation Systems & Reporting Analyst has a broad scope role and plays a key part in delivering Amber Group's financial reporting in a timely and accurate manner. The role manages and utilizes the systems that support the group's monthly, quarterly, and annual Management & External Financial Reporting, including support for reporting processes.The Quest:Driving and monitoring the monthly close timetable, assisting reporting units with accurate & timely month end reportingPrepare the consolidation of Income Statement / Balance Sheet/ Cash Flow reportsPreparation of reporting of Business unitsAnalytical review of Group Reporting and intercompany reconciliationPartnering with other Finance functions - Tax/Treasury/Statutory/External Reporting/Controllership for ad hoc projects focusing on process improvements for reporting of Actuals and ForecastingSystems support:Responsible for monitoring of local accounting mapping vs global accounting matrix & maintaining mappingsTraining support for central finance systemsContinuous improvement of accounting and reporting processes including adoption of automationLiaising with external consultants on application development and with IT on software and application upgrades, including development, design, testing, and documentationControl Environment:Commitment to support a world class control environmentExtensive audit support and internal controlsWe value:Excellence in presentation, verbal, and written communications skillsIT tool administration experience preferred but not essential, although a commitment towards an IT system based future career path is essentialOutstanding analytical mindset; highly motivated, independent self-starter, enjoys working to tight deadlines, and problem solvingPatient and determined to deal remotely and independently with co-workers globally at all levels.
