See full details in link below (for PASSHE Benefits) Full Benefits Summary (PDF) The Facilities Resources Manager is a management-level supervisory position responsible for providing analytical, organizational, and operational leadership to support effective Facilities operations. The role oversees planning, budgeting, work management, customer service, maintenance operations, contracts, information systems, and staff training in alignment with university policies, strategic plans, and institutional priorities. This position manages the Facilities CMMS (WebTMA), supervising work management staff, ensuring data integrity, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and serving as the primary liaison with the system vendor. The Manager leads preventive and scheduled maintenance programs, supports work planning and scheduling across all trades, and develops short- and mid-term labor and workload projections. The position coordinates and administers the Facilities budget, procurement, purchasing cards, materials management, and recurring service contracts, ensuring cost control and vendor compliance. As the Facilities technology representative, the Manager works with IT to support departmental systems, hardware, and software. Additional responsibilities include utilities reporting and energy management, facilities inventory and room data coordination, campus key control and security oversight, and customer service reporting and training. The Manager supports special events, participates in on-call emergency response, supervises assigned staff, and performs related duties as required. A full job description will be provided at the time of the scheduled interview Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, and four years of professional level experience related to maintaining and managing technical interfaces in either work management, preventative maintenance, inventory control, work scheduling, and data management. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with CMMS systems and/or SAP is desirable.
