This position leads cross-functional teams to move projects from concept through full production, ensuring that customer requirements, timelines, and operational readiness are achieved.This role serves as the central coordinator between Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure new business transitions smoothly into production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams to launch new products and newly awarded businessManage project timelines, milestones, and commercialization activitiesCoordinate customer requirements, tooling, materials, and production readinessIdentify risks and drive solutions to ensure successful project executionProvide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projectsPMP certification a plusIf you enjoy turning newly won business into operational success, we would love to hear from you.Compensation range for this position is $90K - $110K.
