We're backed by the best vertical AI investors and we're building a small, high-agency team who want to own foundational systems in a category-defining company.Why This Role MattersWe need a Head of Engineering who can operate in both modes simultaneously: in the code and in the org. You'll own the technical direction of the platform, ship alongside the team, and build the engineering culture that scales Tally from early traction to market leader.
