Technical Program Manager IIIitD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive the successful execution of complex, cross-functional programs supporting service experience transformation and enterprise tooling initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading program strategy, managing dependencies across multiple teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in technical program management, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of driving large-scale programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Location: Remote (U.S. – EST preferred)Duration: 12 monthsWe provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and more.Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectationsDrive program-level planning, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, and dependency management across multiple workstreamsFacilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and release gatesManage cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, operations, and business teamsTrack and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignmentTranslate business priorities into actionable technical requirements, delivery plans, and acceptance criteriaOwn program reporting, including executive-level updates on status, risks, and mitigation strategiesCoordinate delivery across enterprise platforms including AI/automation tools, CRM systems, and knowledge management systemsDrive change management initiatives, including business-to-team mapping and process transformationEnsure knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational continuity across programsInternal ResponsibilitiesAttend regular internal practice community meetingsCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadershipComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practiceAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunitiesRequired Qualifications And Skills4–6 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management in large-scale environmentsStrong experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and risk managementExperience delivering technology or business application solutions across multi-platform systemsExperience facilitating agile methodologies and managing multiple concurrent workstreamsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsProven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage competing prioritiesExperience translating business needs into technical requirements and execution plansBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldPreferred Qualifications And SkillsExperience working in large technology organizations or big tech environmentsExposure to AI/automation tools, CRM platforms, or enterprise systemsPMP or PMI certificationStrong executive communication and reporting experienceEducationBachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience requiredAdvanced degree or PMP certification preferredCompany DescriptionAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
