Precision CAD Programmer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our advanced manufacturing team and help us push the boundaries of what's possible. Duties Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex CNC programs for multi-axis machines (e.g., 4-axis, 5-axis, mill/turn centers) using Esprit Edge CAM software. Interpret complex engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications to plan optimal machining strategies. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to review 3D CAD models, ensure manufacturability, and reduce cycle times. Select appropriate cutting tools, determine speeds/feeds, and design custom work-holding fixtures as needed. Maintain accurate revision control and documentation for all CNC programs, tool sheets, and setup instructions. Troubleshoot programming or process inefficiencies on the shop floor and support continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Proven expertise (5+ years preferred) in CNC machining and programming with mastery of Esprit Edge software. Proficiency in G-code/M-code and strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks preferred). Familiarity with various CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma) is highly valued. Solid math background (geometry and trigonometry) and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Relevant trade school certifications or an Associate's degree in machining/manufacturing technology is a plus. Join us if you're passionate about precision manufacturing!
