A great experience starts with a great team! Cumberland Advisors, LLC, a growing, well-respected wealth management firm, is actively seeking a Series 65 licensed, Investment Advisor Representative to join our team in the Greater Philadelphia region. This individual will contribute to the firm’s strategic growth in a key Northeast market.Position OverviewThe Investment Advisor Representative is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a high-touch, personalized client experience. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, communicates clearly and empathetically throughout their financial journey, and supports the implementation and ongoing monitoring of investment strategies aligned with client goals. The Investment Advisor Representative collaborates closely with Private Wealth Advisors to deepen relationships and drive client success.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver tailored investment strategies and holistic planning to a mix of individuals, families, and institutions.Build and deepen client relationships with a focus on trust, outcomes, and service excellence.Serve as a first point of contact for clients and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.Assess and monitor client financial needs, objectives, and risk tolerance.Collaborate across planning, client service, and operations to ensure exceptional client experiences.Stay updated on investment products, portfolio management principles, and market trends.Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth in assigned market.Education & QualificationsAn active Series 65 License and meaningful advisory experience.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is normally required.Ability to communicate clearly and serve with confidence. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to fiduciary principles.Skill(s)Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; above average organizational and time management skills; strong problem solving skills; exceptional attention to detail and impeccable ethical conduct; able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach with hands or arms, use hands to manipulate objects, handle or feel, and lift items weighing 20 lbs. or less; visual, auditory and speaking skills; valid driver’s license is required. About Cumberland Advisors, LLCCumberland Advisors, LLC is a Registered Investment Advisory firm known for integrity, consistency, and strong client relationships. Our headquarters are in Sarasota, FL. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
