The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend applications, designing RESTful APIs, and developing microservices-based solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role requires strong coding skills, system design knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python. Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Django and FastAPI. Build secure, high-performance, and reusable application components. Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and enterprise systems. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Work closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and solution architects. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables. Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Python Development. Extensive experience with Django and FastAPI. Strong expertise in REST API Development and Integration. Experience with Microservices Architecture. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. Experience working with Git and version control systems. Knowledge of software development best practices and SDLC methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred SkillsExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms. Experience with Docker and containerized deployments. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures. Knowledge of Redis, Celery, or asynchronous programming concepts. Financial Services or Banking domain experience is a plus. EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
