Join our Generative Systems team to pioneer specialized agent architectures, context retrieval algorithms, and self-correcting validation loops that power Theme Framer Studio.
What You Will Do:
Research and implement specialized fine-tuning and inference strategies for code generation.
Build context compression and semantic retrieval mechanisms for million-token codebase graphs.
Collaborate with compiler engineers to integrate deterministic AST verification into model feedback loops.
Publish internal benchmarks and track generative accuracy across real-world application benchmarks.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years focused on applied machine learning and LLM architectures.
Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and transformer optimization libraries.
Practical experience deploying LLM inference pipelines in production environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Qualifications Experience training or fine-tuning code models (DeepSeek, Llama, StarCoder).
Published research or open-source repositories in multi-agent orchestration.
Familiarity with AST parsing and programmatic code synthesis.
