Program Assistant

Our Bouchea Center for Learning program now has an immediate opening for a full-time Program Assistant. The successful applicant will be working directly with program participants to support them in the community. This is a weekday position--perfect for those with school-aged children. The Program Assistant’s main role is to assist individuals to maximize their potential through gaining life experiences, making choices, taking action to expand their horizons, and learning by making individual choices. Assistants must provide consistency by learning and implementing consumers’ individual plans, and responding appropriately to all consumer behavior. Position posted until successful candidates are selected.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, strong organizational skills and a positive attitude required. Related experience, DSP, CRMA and knowledge of positive behavioral supports are valued. We will train the right candidates.
