You will tackle intricate issues, mentor your peers, and uphold the highest service standards. This is an opportunity for you to strengthen client relationships while deepening your understanding of their business contexts and enhancing your personal brand in challenging situations.Primary Responsibilities:Deliver advisory services to individuals.Enhance operations through efficient audit and tax compliance.Develop strategies tailored to personal wealth goals.Address complex challenges while mentoring team members.Ensure excellence in deliverables.Cultivate and nurture client relationships.Achieve a comprehensive understanding of diverse business landscapes.Navigate complex challenges to elevate your personal brand.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.2 years of relevant experience.Public Accountant or a commitment to pass the CPA exam before promotion to Manager, followed by obtaining CPA licensure, or a Member of the Bar.What Sets You Apart:CPA or Member of the Bar qualifications.Experience in advising affluent individuals on tax planning.Expertise in wealth transfer and business succession planning.Knowledge of international tax planning and compliance.Experience in trust or estate matters.Technical proficiency related to tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals.Skills in research, writing, and consulting on tax issues.Engagement management and document preparation capabilities.Ability to create a positive work environment and offer constructive feedback.Join us in this essential role and be part of a team devoted to delivering exceptional value to our clients!The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, and location.
