You'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact within the Supply Chain Team across several brands in our portfolio. This position will play a key role in sourcing and planning unique new-to-market products. The sourcing focus is quite diversified in cosmetics, accessories, tools, merchandise, packaging, componentry, and more. This is a startup environment, so there's lots of room to make a big impact and grow.You WillSource new vendors domestically and internationallyOwn sourcing of turn-key cosmetics, accessories, tools, merchandise, packaging, and componentryEnsure tracking and project management of all sourcing projects meet timelines and budgetsLead processes, data, and presentations with respect to project adherence to quality, cost & timelinesOversee QA and QC implementations at product kick-offProvide on-site review of product with the Brand, Operations, and QA Teams to support smooth product developmentManage new and existing vendor accountsNegotiate/optimize pricing & payment termsDevelop accountability and lead meetings with vendorsManage Overseas vendors on off-hours (i.e., phone/video calls)Quality, Order fulfillment, sampling structureDeliver end-to-end management of sampling and initial order procurementPartner with Brand, Quality, and Receiving DepartmentsOrder Life-cycle (PO Placement through Receipt)Inbound tracking, logistics, freight, and communicationAssist with other projects/responsibilities as neededYou haveBA/BS in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or similar3+ years of experience in a procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or project management similar roleAbility to be a leader, take initiative, and be the key resource to own and push projects forwardRobust communication, presentation & time management skillsBeing nimble in balancing and executing multiple initiatives in parallelExperienced in using Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) & G Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Bilingual (Mandarin) a plusAbility to occasionally travel to meet with vendors (domestically and internationally)PerksHealthcare You Can Count On – Competitive medical, dental, and vision plans to keep you covered when it matters most.Unlimited PTO – Take the time you need—we trust you (plus, we require a minimum!).Paid Parental Leave – 12 weeks paid + 4 weeks eased return to work.
