Faculty teaching responsibilities and meetings are scheduled to provide flexibility for continued clinical practice, leadership, scholarship, or other professional activities that enrich teaching and student mentorship. Reach out to the hiring manager with questions about balancing external employment with this position.Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree in nursingTwo years of clinical experience as an adult gerontological or family nurse practitionerHighly developed written and oral communication skillsCurrent unencumbered RN and APRN licenses in MinnesotaCurrent AGNP or FNP certificationPreferred QualificationsDoctoral degree in nursing (DNP, PhD)Experience with graduate-level nursing educationExperience teaching and mentoring diverse student populationsLeadership experience in nursing educationEEO StatementCompensation:Annual wage is $82,500 - $88,500 depending on qualifications and experience.The salary range listed reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably anticipate to pay for this position, based on market data and internal equity, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
