Contract Manager

Position: Contract Manager (Contingent Upon Award) Location: Camp Humphreys, Korea (Onsite) Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility Schedule: Full-time / Core Hours 0700-1600 (availability 0700-1900) Position Overview Seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the execution of a missionessential IT Systems and Common Operating Picture (COP) support contract for USFK/CFC CJ3 Operations. This role operates in an OCONUS, TS/SCI-cleared environment and provides direct support to operational mission command during armistice, crisis, exercises, and wartime conditions. The Contract Manager will serve as the primary liaison between contractor and the U.S. Government, ensuring highquality delivery of IT services, compliance with contract requirements, and seamless coordination with military and civilian stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daytoday performance of a CJ3 IT and COP support services contract. Act as the primary point of contact with the Government, including the KO and COR. Ensure strict PWS compliance, mission standards, and adherence to all TS/SCI security protocols. Coordinate IT service delivery across U.S. and ROK military units, joint commands, federal partners, and civilian organizations. Monitor and report on contract performance, risk, staffing, continuity, and service quality. Support surge requirements, operational exercises, and contingency missions. Provide consistent leadership to ensure uninterrupted, highreliability IT support for operational mission needs. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience managing U.S. Government contracts, preferably ITfocused. Proven ability to synchronize operations across diverse, multiagency environments. Experience supporting missionessential or operational DoD IT programs. Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Additional Information This position may be combined with another leadership or technical role depending on candidate expertise. OCONUS experience is highly desirable. This is a missioncritical role requiring reliability, leadership, and adaptability. EOE
