Job Description: As an Entry-Level Landscape Construction Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced landscape construction team to learn the skills and techniques necessary for creating and maintaining high-quality landscapes. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about working outdoors. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the installation of various landscape features, including plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and outdoor lighting. Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground. Follow project plans and instructions from senior team members to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Operate basic landscape tools and equipment safely and responsibly. Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper care and storage of tools and materials. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Support team members with various tasks as needed. Qualifications: No prior experience in landscape construction is required; training will be provided. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly. Positive attitude and a willingness to work hard in a team environment. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
