Job Title: Senior Financial AnalystLocation: Tucson, Arizona (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office)Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 Work Type: Full-TimeBenefits: 100% employee coverage, 85% family coverage for dental/vision. Have PPO, HSA, volunteer days.401k: 4% match after 4 months, 6% discretionary contribution after 12 months.PTO: 2-3 weeks, 1-2 weeks of sick/other leave, 4 floating holidays, 9 fixed holidays.The Kostelic Agency has been exclusively engaged on a search for a Senior Financial Analyst with a rapidly evolving organization undergoing meaningful finance and accounting transformation.If you're expecting a traditional “build reports, refresh dashboards, rinse and repeat” Sr. FA role — this isn’t that.This opportunity is ideal for a tech-savvy accounting/finance professional who enjoys fixing broken processes, improving workflows, evaluating better systems, and helping modernize how a finance team operates.The organization is currently navigating significant systems/process improvement initiatives, and leadership is seeking someone who can partner directly with management to help build smarter infrastructure for the future.What You'll TackleEvaluate current finance/accounting workflows and identify operational inefficienciesSupport systems transformation initiatives, including ERP/process modernizationHelp improve budgeting/planning workflows currently reliant on manual processesAssist in optimizing AP/invoice workflows and related financial operationsSupport month-end close, reconciliations, and core accounting deliverables as neededHelp establish scalable SOPs, controls, and cleaner reporting processesPartner directly with leadership as the function evolves into a more analytical finance environmentWhat We’re Looking For3–7+ years of relevant accounting / finance experienceStrong accounting foundation (month-end close, reconciliations, balance sheet fluency)Exposure to ERP systems, process improvement, or systems implementation workExperience with tools such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Adaptive, Bill.com, Ramp, QBO, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platformsComfortable in ambiguity and changing environmentsStrong EQ, professionalism, and ability to navigate organizational changeSomeone who enjoys solving problems instead of working around themThis is a chance to step into a role with real influence — not just ownership of deliverables, but ownership of improvement.If you're the kind of person who notices inefficiencies, asks “why are we doing it this way?”, and actually wants to help build something better, this could be a highly compelling next step.Know someone who should be taking a serious look at this?
