Order Processing Manager

A global manufacturer is seeking a  Order Processing Manager to lead sales order operations and drive a high level of customer satisfaction across the US. This role is open due to growth in North America- being a part of a tight knit team, with a brand new office, and growth potential!  Key ResponsibilitiesLead sales order management, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment, and issue resolutionManage and develop a customer-focused team that supports business growth and strong client relationshipsPartner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environmentSupport customer order processing across multiple business segmentsPlay a key role in ERP process improvement initiativesDevelop and maintain customer service policies and proceduresTrack KPIs, report on performance, and implement operational improvementsBuild strong customer relationships and help ensure on-time delivery through order expediting when neededQualificationsBachelors Degree- preferredExperience in sales order management, customer operations, or order fulfillmentBackground in manufacturing, distribution, or a complex operational environment preferredLeadership experience with strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with ERP systems, SAP would be a huge plusAbility to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities To be considered, apply today or email your resume to Kelsey.Ryan@roberthalf(.com) • Experience managing sales order or customer order operations in a fast-paced business environment.• Demonstrated leadership ability with success developing teams and improving service performance.• Experience with a larger ERP software in relation to order processing, transaction management, or related workflows.• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address operational issues and customer concerns effectively.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams and building customer trust.• Ability to manage priorities across multiple business segments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.• Comfortable using metrics and process reviews to drive operational improvements and support business objectives.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
