This role will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and will collaborate with senior growth leaders, including the VP of Growth and VP of Marketing & Communications, gaining hands-on exposure to government contracting and corporate strategy.This internship offers an opportunity to build foundational professional skills while contributing to initiatives that shape RIVA’s business strategy, operations, and market positioning. The intern will work in a collaborative environment and be empowered to make meaningful contributions to growth initiatives.Position OverviewThe Growth Intern will provide day-to-day support across Growth & Strategy priorities, including performance reporting, meeting coordination, growth operations support, marketing/communications contributions, and proposal-related research and content organization.This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive student who enjoys solving problems, working with data, building clear deliverables, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
