Production Line Quality Technician

Job SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and verifying documents, data, and processes during production shifts. You will support shift leads and supervisors to ensure all quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards are followed.This position reports to the Quality Manager and works closely with Operations, Quality, and EHS teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEnforce Quality, GMP, and Safety policies to meet regulatory and corporate standardsSupport shift teams to achieve safety and quality goalsProvide in-plant support to operators, mechanics, and leadershipConduct routine line walks to ensure compliance and proper documentationMonitor and track data for sanitation, process accuracy, and food safety checkpoints (CCP, oPRP)Perform inspections including metal detector verification, sieve/magnet checks, and sanitation auditsEnsure proper PPE usage, GMP compliance, and foreign material controlAssist in resolving quality and safety variances on shiftSupport additional projects and duties as assignedRequirementsAssociate degree + 3+ years of Quality experienceStrong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and FSSC standardsExcellent leadership and teamwork skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesEffective communication (written and verbal)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
