We are currently seeking a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in further developing our AI enabled products, significantly advancing our technology, and increasing the value we deliver to our users.DescriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled full stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Python, Django, and backend service-oriented software architecture, with a strong focus on DevOps (AI-Ops), AI engineering. Your role will involve hands-on refinement, development, and maintenance of the service-side systems crucial to powering our AI-enhanced products. Primary Job Responsibilities·      Backend: maintain scalable and robust backend systems using Python and Django. ·      Frontend: Maintain and fix front end issues using Vue.js, ensuring high-quality implementation and user experience. ·      API Integration: Seamlessly integrate backend REST API endpoints to create dynamic, data-driven web applications. ·      Data Management: Design and manage data driven systems, pipelines, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity. ·      Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. ·      Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI products. ·      Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. QualificationsExperience: 2-3 years of experience in backend software development with a focus on Python and service delivery.Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their services. Google Cloud is preferred.Architecture Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principles and experience designing scalable backend systems.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python and Django.Experience with database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).Knowledge of RESTful API development.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Solid understanding of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with responsive design principles. Familiarity with Vue.js ecosystem tools (Vuex, Vue Router) is expected.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Machine Learning: Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.Get StartedThis position offers a flexible contract arrangement, initially, with the potential to become a permanent role based on performance.
