This position is located in Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – Mon–Thurs onsite, Friday remote) Details for the position are as follows:Job Description:Duration: 2 Months (Potential for Extension)Pay Rate: $22–$25/hrRole OverviewWe are seeking an Assistant eCommerce Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of artist and label online stores. This role will play a key part in a warehouse migration project , ensuring a smooth transition of inventory across multiple eCommerce storefronts.This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role requiring strong organizational skills, comfort working with large sets of product data, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport warehouse migration efforts , including inventory transitions between locationsPerform store maintenance and updates across eCommerce platformsSet up and manage product listings , including descriptions, images, and pricingMonitor and reconcile inventory levels and product dataAssist with product restocks and inventory adjustmentsCollaborate with store management teams and cross-functional partnersRespond to inquiries and provide updates related to store operations and inventoryExecute weekly tasks and project milestones to support business continuityEnsure accuracy across systems through consistent data review and validationRequired Qualifications1+ year of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, logistics, or related fieldHands-on experience with Shopify (strongly preferred)Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, extracting and organizing information)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of product dataExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in music, retail, or direct-to-consumer eCommerce environmentsFamiliarity with project management tools such as **Monday.com or AsanaExposure to inventory management or warehouse operationsExperience supporting store launches or migrationsIf you are interested in hearing more about the position please respond to this posting with your resume attached!#LI-SM1
