Title: Senior Program ManagerLocation: Hybrid (3x a week onsite in Marlborough, MA)Employment Type: ContractStatus: Accepting CandidatesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a very senior-level Technology Program Manager to support the execution and coordination of technology projects from initiation through delivery.The ideal candidate will have strong overall IT experience across areas such as Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Security, Cloud, Software, and Hardware, with proven experience leading multiple projects and managing demanding stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project ManagementManage day-to-day execution of assigned technology projectsEnsure milestones, deliverables, and dependencies remain on trackDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentationLead multiple concurrent technology projectsCross-Functional LeadershipCoordinate cross-functional teams across business and technologyDrive project execution and process across demanding stakeholder groupsSupport timely delivery of technology initiativesTechnology InitiativesCoordinate projects across technology domains, including:Software implementationsHardware deploymentsCloud solutionsInfrastructure initiativesSecurity enhancementsEnterprise system upgradesRisk & Financial ManagementIdentify and manage risks, issues, and interdependenciesEscalate appropriately when neededTrack project budgets, forecasts, and variance reportingMaintain standardized reporting templates and dashboardsQualifications8+ years of project management experience supporting technology initiativesVery senior-level talent onlyExperience managing multiple concurrent projects across technology domainsStrong overall IT experience, including:InfrastructureEnterprise ApplicationsSecurityCloudSoftwareHardwareProven experience leading multiple projects as a Program ManagerExperience dealing with demanding stakeholders and driving processExperience executing projects using:AgileWaterfallHybrid methodologiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline preferredPreferred QualificationsDirector-level candidates will be consideredExperience leading complex, cross-functional technology programsStrong stakeholder management experienceExperience managing multiple technology domains simultaneouslyCompensation$85–$90/hr W2Marlborough, MA – Hybrid (3x Week Onsite)6+ Month Contract
