In this critical role, you will serve as the primary consultant and relationship manager for assigned school districts, driving program compliance, revenue maximization, documentation accuracy, and long‐term client retention.The Program Specialist is responsible for delivering expert‐level consulting and leadership to partner districts, ensuring contractual success, high client satisfaction, and sustained loyalty to our company.
