Fleet Coordinator - Philadelphia

We're looking for a Fleet Coordinator at our high growth rental car startup to help oversee a team of drivers ("Surfers") and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role will report directly to the local Operations Manager. This person should be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic that can help lift our on-the-ground operations to the next level.What You'll Be DoingEnsure smooth daily operations of the lotDeliver and return cars to customers or repair shopsCoordinate vehicle pickups from suppliersHelp onboard new contractors Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues on-siteCleaning cars as neededAudit fleet for cleanliness and damage Install telematic devices on carsCollaborate with leadership on operational changes for fleet/lot improvementMaintain cleaning products and lot equipmentOther duties as assignedRequirementsValid Driver's licenseComfortable moving cars around the parking structureReady to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with physical aspects (like cleaning, installation, etc.)Good time management and ability to balance competing prioritiesAbility to follow directions and processes Effective communication skillsPreferredHistory in a fast-paced industry (e.g. restaurants, maintenance, events, hotels, construction, gig work)Interest in logistics and operationsOpen to learning and trying new strategiesExperience in SLACK, Google Sheets/Excel and Google DocsCompensation, Benefits & PerksFlexible schedule Career growth and advancement opportunitiesProcess building and operational training Comprehensive Medical, Dental, & Vision Health Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off$20 - $20 an hour
