This Maintenance role is responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial properties remain in excellent operating condition through routine upkeep, repairs, and general facility support. The Maintenance position plays a critical role in maintaining building functionality, safety, and overall appearance. The ideal Maintenance candidate will be dependable, hands-on, and capable of handling a wide range of maintenance tasks with minimal supervision while delivering quality work for tenants and property management teams.In this Maintenance role, you will be responsible for responding quickly to service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently. This Maintenance position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple building systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and preventive Maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipmentTroubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs related to building components, fixtures, and general property issuesComplete Maintenance tasks such as painting, basic carpentry, drywall repair, and minor renovation workRespond promptly to Maintenance requests and work orders from tenants, property managers, or clientsMaintain accurate documentation of all Maintenance activities, repairs, and materials usedAssist in coordinating with outside contractors and vendors to support larger Maintenance or repair projectsEnsure all Maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety guidelines, building codes, and company standardsSupport overall facility upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environmentQualifications1-2 years of experience in Maintenance, facilities, or building operations preferredWorking knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general Maintenance repair techniquesAbility to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize Maintenance tasksGood communication and customer service skills when handling Maintenance requestsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license and reliable transportation required for Maintenance travel between sites
