Executive Onboarding Advisor
A company is looking for an Executive Onboarding & Development Advisor, Corporate (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage onboarding experiences for C-suite and senior leadership hires, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
Develop customized onboarding roadmaps and facilitate leadership development programs for executives
Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to newly placed executives, and analyze program metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in talent or leadership development, with at least 2 years focused on executive-level populations
Preferred certification in executive or professional coaching (ICF-ACC or higher, CCL, or equivalent)
Experience with psychometric and leadership assessment tools is preferred
Strong project management skills and proficiency with HRIS platforms and collaboration tools
