Our product is an AI agent that works 1-to-1 with its human companion to help manage their life - emails, files, music, contacts, calendar, photo stream, social media accounts, home automation, creative endeavors. The agent helps with everything, has visibility of everything and replaces the web browser as the primary method of interacting with the broader world.Importantly, the agent is private by design ( secure age encrypted data system ) and has been designed from the ground up to act for the benefit of the customer, not some Big Tech AI company. It isn't spying for Google or mining data for OpenAI - its sole purpose ( and our economic incentive ) is to benefit our paying customers. We get paid by providing a security enhanced LLM routing layer that protects the privacy of our cutomers.Luhonoco runs a doctrine-governed fleet of AI agents that writes the software, runs the infrastructure, and operates real-world systems. We are looking for someone to help direct that fleet. This is not a coding job and not a sysadmin job. The agents write the code, run the servers, test the work end to end, and commit it to git. Your job is to supply the one thing they cannot: judgment. You set direction in plain language, make the calls the written operating doctrine can't resolve on its own (architecture trade-offs, product and design taste, strategic priorities), authorize anything irreversible or expensive, and give the final sign-off that ships finished work. Think less "engineer who uses AI" and more editor-in-chief of a self-writing engineering organization: the agents produce the output, you hold the standard, and the result is only as good as the clarity of your vision and your willingness to reject work that doesn't meet the bar.The right person is decisive, comfortable handing work off completely, and honest about what they don't know. The fleet runs on its own for hours at a time, including overnight while you are away, and comes to you only when the doctrine genuinely can't settle a question. So you need to be reachable for crisp decisions when called, then willing to step back and let it work without micromanaging. Some technical literacy helps (you should grasp git, Docker, and APIs at a conceptual level, and the physical side — robots, sensors, voice devices, microcontrollers — should interest you rather than put you off), but deep coding or operations experience is not required, and a strong urge to do everything yourself will work against you. What is required is product and systems judgment sharp enough to tell "done" from "good enough," the discipline to hold a real quality bar before you sign off, and genuine comfort working in a role with no established template, because what we are doing, at this level of automation and doctrine, does not yet have a title most companies would recognize. We are looking for someone to help get continous integration (CI) and continous deployment (CD) set up across a broad and growing software stack, tune the agentic system and then expand it to be faster, more accurate and - ideally - less expensive to operate. We will be shipping features multiple times each day and expanding our tools for monitoring and managing large fleets of autonomous agents. We are also looking for help migrating from a service oriented agent to a horizontally scalable global database that will allow us to grow at hyperscale to serve hundreds of millions of customers in months, not years. We are making software that writes, maintains and secures itself while serving millions of people.
