Senior National Account Manager

OverviewElastotech Southwest has supplied rubber seals to the heavy diesel aftermarket since 1980. We work with PAI Industries, Interstate-McBee, MAHLE Aftermarket, DriV/FP Diesel, IPD, and other major HD distributor accounts. We're hiring our first dedicated National Account Manager to deepen those relationships and convert qualified prospects into multi-program customers. This role reports directly to the President and CEO.What you'll doLead Quarterly Business Reviews with Tier-1 HD distributor accountsMap and develop multi-stakeholder relationships across procurement, quality, engineering, finance, and executive levelsDrive growth through expanded SKU penetration at existing accounts and new-logo conversion at qualified prospectsMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity tracking in CRMPartner with internal manufacturing, quality, and inside sales teams on technical and commercial responsesRepresent Elastotech at HDAW, AAPEX, TMC, and regional buying group eventsWhat we need5+ years HD aftermarket sales experience selling into Tier-1 distributors (PAI, McBee, MAHLE, DriV, Federal-Mogul/Tenneco, Dorman, FleetPride, NAPA HD, or comparable)Multi-stakeholder selling discipline at the buying-center levelTechnical fluency on HD engine platforms (Cat, Cummins, Detroit, Deere, Volvo, Mack) and elastomer compounds (NBR, HNBR, FKM, EPDM, Silicone)Pipeline discipline and honest forecastingStrategic patience — HD cycles run six to 18 monthsCoachabilityBonusSpanish proficiency. Existing relationships at PAI, McBee, MAHLE, DriV, or IPD. Prior rubber, seal, or gasket sales experience. EOS / Traction operating experience.Location and travelMidwest US preferred. Detroit and Cleveland metros are the strongest base cities. Approximately 50% travel including 2-3 days per month at our Crockett, Texas manufacturing facility. Light international travel to Mexico is part of this role.Compensation$100,000 base salary plus performance bonus. On-target earnings $135,000–$190,000.
