The CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing relevant policies and procedures, as well as ensuring the integrity of the accounting system and best practices. This role encompasses a wide range of functional areas, including accounting, funds management, financial reporting, and administration. The CFO will also be involved in process improvement, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and must stay current on GAAP, regulatory, and tax accounting issues. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Master's degree, CPA, CMA, or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years' of work experience, including 5-7 years' in a bank-related role. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory issues, investments, and the asset/liability management process, as well as strong interpersonal, organizational, and supervisory skills. Responsibilities also include managing the ALCO process, conducting financial stress tests, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
