If you are passionate about building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional outcomes, we want to hear from you!JOB DESCRIPTIONField all sales leads and process informationSchedule and conduct inquiry calls with leadsDraft project scope documents following initial inquiry callQualify leads using Sandler sales methodologySchedule and conduct house visits with qualified prospective clientsContinuously follow up with prospective clients via text, email and callsCultivate relationships by building rapport and establishing trust with prospective clientsListen and learn about potential customers’ needs (pain) and identify whether TriVistaUSA is the right fit for their potential projectWrite Schematic Design Agreements (SDA) for prospective clients tailored to specific needs and interest of their project scopeDevelop and maintain relationships with clientsKeep new business information up to date on a weekly basis, determine go, no go leads within 30 daysKeep Director of Sales / Company Owners up to date on all new business informationLearn about TriVistaUSA’s Design and Build processes to help inform sales process and successesWork with marketing team to collect and analyze data on TriVistaUSA’s target demographic to help with marketing effortsTrack and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metricsAdjust sales approach based on success rates and ongoing trainingIdentify emerging markets to find new sales opportunitiesMeet monthly with marketing team to provide marketing input as needed.Help plan and execute several marketing and sales events throughout the yearReview and comment on marketing materials as needed.Work with Design and Build team leaders to determine current and future bandwidth and adjustments in processAttend and provide feedback on SDA design reviewAttend and provide feedback on SDA budget reviewPrepare and participate in client presentationsConduct follow up with project architect and other design team membersSKILLSWe operate as a team as described in GTD (Getting Things Done) and Seven Habits.
