This role is critical to the success of our service operations, focusing on leadership, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and business performance.As Residential Service Manager, you will report directly to the Service Division Manager. The Residential Service Manager will play a key role in building, developing, and leading residential service operations within a growing market. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to residential customers. Above all, the Residential Service Manager is expected to fully embrace the Fountain company culture, instill it within the team, and foster an environment built on accountability, professionalism, and open communication.
