This role is responsible for pulling, routing, and staging low-voltage cabling (fiber and copper) throughout large-scale data center facilities under the direction of Leads and Foremen.Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required, but familiarity with construction or low-voltage environments is a plus.Key Responsibilities: Pull, route, and label CAT6 and fiber optic cabling according to installation plansAssist with racking and staging materials and tools on-siteHelp install cable tray, ladder rack, J-hooks, and other pathway supportsMaintain clean cable runs and follow all bend radius and pull force guidelinesSupport Lead Technicians and Foremen with setup, teardown, and job site organizationUse basic hand tools (tape measures, fish tapes, cable cutters, etc.)Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all timesPerform other general labor and installation tasks as assignedQualifications: High school diploma or GED requiredBilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required1–2 years of experience in construction, low-voltage, or data centerAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsComfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in tight or elevated spacesStrong communication and teamwork skillsPunctual, dependable, and willing to learnMust pass background check and drug screening (if required by client or site)Preferred (but not required): OSHA 10 certificationBasic knowledge of cable types and infrastructure componentsPrevious experience in data center or telecom environmentsValid driver's license and reliable transportationThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the growing data center and low-voltage industry.
