Posted: April 27, 2018. Job ID: 180427 Sigman USA seeks a part-time or full-time Warehouse Shipping Clerk at its Corporate Headquarters in Marietta, GA. Work environment: indoor work environment; moderate noise level. Candidates must consent to pre-employment drug screening and background checks as a condition of employment. Position Responsibilities Full-time or part-time. Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 PM to 6:00 PM Pick, pack, and ship orders. Pack and ship UPS / FedEx / USPS packages and freight palletized shipments. Ensure shipment accuracy with attention to detail Receive and unload incoming shipments. Assist customers with questions regarding products, order fulfillment, shipping and pricing while providing superior customer service. Communicate with customers and vendors as needed for call backs. Receive and process incoming shipments. Attend required team and company meetings. Complete other miscellaneous tasks as needed. High School or equivalent required Must be drug-free. Non-smoking preferred. Windows based computer skills required. Physical Requirements Prolonged sitting, standing, frequent talking, hearing, listening; prolonged viewing of computer monitor, use hands and arms in reaching, handling or manipulating objects or controls. Overhead reaching; bending and stretching. Routine lifting and handling of 10 to 69 lbs. Occasional lifting or handling of 70 lbs to 120+ lbs. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years warehouse shipping experience preferred. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. Excellent attitude and work ethics. Professional manner and the ability to work independently. Expertise in Microsoft Excel or Open Source Spreadsheet program(s) required.
